Anemia is multifaceted in children in Guatemala.  Malnutrition and parasitic infections work together to create anemia,  resulting in growth retardation, learning difficulities and fatigue in children. Your donation to this program provides daily vitamins for 10 children and helps to reduce the level of anemia.  Treating anemia can have life-long positive effects for children.  You can increase your impact by increasing the quantity and supporting more children.
