The women in our Healthy Mothers groups exercise together each week building endurance, muscle and camaraderie.  Because the women dress in traditional clothing that includes long skirts and sandals, they don't have clothes that allow the freedom of movement that is needed for exercise.  Your donation will allow us to purchase exercise clothing and a pair of sneakers for each woman.
